Opinion: What makes you exceptionally well qualified to help dry eye patients? I think I am the only ophthalmologist in the world that exclusively treats dry eye patients. I enjoy what I do and I look forward to finding relief for those with challenging dry eye cases. I wrote the first book to the general public on dry eyes called The Dry Eye Remedy that goes over various treatment options, tests and future therapy. What advice do you most frequently find yourself giving to dry eye patients? Don't give up. I have yet to exhaust all of my options in treating any individual dry eye patient. There is always something I can do to make you feel better. |
